My name is José Manuel and I'm here again to teach you Geography and History in English, with activities, videos, games...
I hope you find this subject as interesting as I do and that you forget your fear of communicating what you know in English!
Kind regards,

José Manuel

We are preparing this American festival in the bilingual classes.
First of all, we are going to study a little bit of the history of America to get to know the origin of this celebration. Click on the link below if you want to see a video about the First Thanksgiving.

This year we have started with a celebration, the European Day of Languages!!!!
Following the success of the European Year of  Languages (2001), the Council of Europe declared a European Day of Languages to be celebrated on the 26th September each year.

The objetive of this day is promoting the rich linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe, which must  be preserved and fostered. On the other hand, it is a way to alert people to the importance of  language learningdiversifying the range of languages learnt in orden to increase plurilingualism and intercultural understanding.
We have had special lessons with quiz games and contests in social science and English. It was a great way to start!!!
I wish you all a wonderful school year!!!
